2002 Annual Meeting Photos

On Friday, May 3, 2002 the Society held its annual banquet and awards ceremony at the Ephrata Mennonite Church. The Society's Award of Merit is given to those who have contributed distinguished service to the Pennsylvania German community. This year's honorees include educator Eugine Stine, author of Pennsylvania German Dictionary and a Director of the Society;  John Ruth, author of The Earth is the Lord's, a massive study of Lancaster Mennonite history; and Noah Good, Pennsylvania German dialect columnist and teacher.
